At Bristol PRINT Services, we take pride in delivering high-quality printed products and excellent customer service.
Custom Printed Products
All of our printed products are made to order and personalised to your specifications. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been confirmed, unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe your order is faulty or does not match your approved proof:
- Please notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery
- Include your invoice/order number and clear photographs or video where possible
If we confirm a fault caused by us, we will offer a reprint or refund at our discretion.
Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for checking artwork proofs carefully before approval. Once approved, we cannot accept responsibility for spelling errors, layout issues, or design mistakes.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once an order has been confirmed.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
